Reservation Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

• Up to 48 hours before: Free cancellation.
• Between 48–24 hours: 50% of the total amount is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days from the request date.

5. Objections and Disputes

In case of any dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
