Delivery and Return Conditions

1. Delivery Conditions

All services provided by our company (airport transfers, private chauffeur services, tours, etc.) are delivered digitally. Upon successful completion of your booking, a reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email address immediately.

The physical delivery of the service takes place at the date, time, and location specified in the booking form, with our vehicle and chauffeur ready at the meeting point.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service time: 100% of the total amount will be refunded without any deduction.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled service time: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time or in case of No-Show: No refund will be issued.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your credit card or bank account within 7-14 business days.

3. Force Majeure

In cases where the service cannot be provided due to force majeure events (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters, or government restrictions), a full refund will be provided upon presentation of valid documentation.
