Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is executed between the parties identified below in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

Buyer: The natural person purchasing the service; the information entered during payment shall be valid.

2. Subject of the Contract

This Contract regulates the terms of sale and delivery for the tour/transfer/service selected by the Buyer on the TripAdventure website.

3. Method of Conclusion

The agreement is deemed concluded when the Buyer clicks the “Confirm” button on the payment screen.

4. Service Information and Price

The description, price, taxes, and any additional charges of the selected service are clearly displayed on the payment page.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made in a single transaction via credit card or other available electronic payment methods.

6. Delivery and Performance

Prior to the service date, booking confirmation and ticket details are sent to the buyer via e-mail.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the start date of the service without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Upon withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 business days.

8. Warranty and Refund

The service quality is as undertaken by the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller will provide a free correction or a refund.

9. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul for disputes arising from this Contract.
